—and I know what it’s like to be high-functioning but emotionally and physically tapped out.

On the outside, I had the perfect life: a thriving career, a list of accomplishments, and everything I was told would bring fulfillment.


On the inside? I was stressed, disconnected, and slowly breaking down.


For 18 years, I lived with Crohn’s (an autoimmune disease), powered through burnout, and ignored the signals from my body—until I couldn’t anymore.

Breathwork didn’t just help me heal.

It gave me access to a version of myself I hadn’t felt in years—present, clear, calm, and here.

Now I guide others through the same shift.
