Breathwork is a science-backed practice that shifts you out of an overactive, analytical state and into deep connection with your body. It helps regulate your nervous system, process stored emotions, and create space for self-healing. By using the breath as a focal point, you quiet the mental noise, access deeper layers of your emotional and physical experience, and foster a greater sense of clarity, calm, and relief.

how do I practice it?
Even if you’re new to breathwork, I’ll guide you every step of the way, creating a safe space for exploration.

Our SHIFT Breathwork method uses a conscious, connected breathing pattern while lying down. This three-part technique involves inhaling into the belly, then the chest, followed by a steady exhale—all in a continuous, circular rhythm. This controlled breath pattern optimizes oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange, helping to regulate your nervous system and release stored emotions. Science supports breathwork’s ability to reduce stress, improve respiratory and immune function, and enhance emotional resilience. When practiced with intention, it becomes a powerful tool for transformation, healing, and self-discovery.
