SHIFT Advanced: Path to Certification The SHIFT Advanced Breathwork Training is where you bridge theory and practice - developing the skill, confidence, and professionalism to guide transformative breathwork sessions safely and effectively. This 150-hour certification program expands on the SHIFT Breathwork Foundations Training and is designed for those ready to step into facilitation with depth, structure, and integrity. Over seven weeks of live online learning, you’ll deepen your understanding and apply what you learn through hands-on practice, group discussion, and real-time feedback. Weekly online sessions: - Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. PST starting February 3rd - Each week we’ll take a deep dive into a new topic that builds on the Foundations Training, including: - Breathwork & Nervous System Science - Trauma-Informed Facilitation - Energy Work & Body Support - The Art of Facilitation - Session Development (Scripting, Cueing, Music, and Resourcing) All online sessions include live practice with peers, group and 1:1 discussions, and opportunities to translate knowledge from theory into confident facilitation — preparing you for the 4-day immersive practicum. In-Person Practicum Held in the Lower Mainland (Langley/Surrey area), March 27th - 29th, 9:00am - 3:00pm. You’ll facilitate both volunteer and peer breathwork sessions with full support and feedback from experienced mentors. This practicum includes opportunities to: - Facilitate 1:1 and group breathwork sessions - Design and deliver full session experiences - Practice somatic awareness and supportive touch - Receive detailed guidance and integration support throughout Following completion, you’ll enter a 6-month supervised practice and mentorship period, designed to help you refine your facilitation, navigate client experiences, and grow your confidence as a Breathwork Facilitator. Together, the Foundations and Advanced trainings form a complete 150-hour certification pathway that ensures you graduate not only knowledgeable, but fully prepared to hold safe, effective, and life-changing breathwork sessions. Payment Options *Early Bird Pricing of $2500 until January 1st, Regular Pricing $3000 - Full Payment: $2,500 CAD due at registration. - Payment Plan: $2,550 CAD total, split into two payments of $1,275 CAD. First payment due at registration. Second payment due 30 days before training start date. All payments must be completed before the in-person practicum begins.
