Write it down. Vividly. Use all your senses. This is your vision anchor.
Step 2: Identify What That Will Bring You (In the 3D)
Now go deeper—what will this thing give you in your actual life?
Examples:
$10K months → time freedom, validation, creative control
A new home → beauty, stability, privacy
A loving partner → intimacy, companionship, support
List every tangible thing it will shift in your day-to-day.
Step 3: Find the Feeling Beneath the Thing
Strip the “thing” away. What’s the feeling you’re chasing underneath?
Examples:
$10K months → safety, flexibility, confidence
A loving partner → connection, emotional security, being seen
Dream job → impact, freedom, self-worth
These emotions are your real desire. And the universe responds to emotion, not logic.
Step 4: Shift From Lack to Magnetism
Ask: Where in my life am I already feeling these things?
If you want a partner who makes you feel seen—who already sees you? A friend? Your dog? Your coach?
If you want abundance—look at your fridge, your support system, your home. Gratitude creates the energy of already having, which is magnetic.
The secret?
You attract what you’re emotionally available for. The more you recognize you already have, the more you receive.
